Kabukis Returns & Exchanges Policy

❤️ Our Goal

We want you to be delighted with every purchase. If something’s not quite right, you can return it easily—so you can exchange it, get repaired, receive store credit, or request a refund.

📦 Return Guidelines

  1. Timeframes
    • Changed your mind, received the wrong item, or it arrived damaged/incomplete? You have 14 days from delivery to return it.
    • Discovered a manufacturing defect? Return it within 3 months of receiving the item.
  2. Condition Requirements
    • Items must be in original packaging, unused, with all tags, accessories, and parts included.
    • Products with broken seals, missing parts, or significant wear won’t qualify.
  3. Extended or Direct Warranties
    • Products with extended warranties beyond 6 months follow those specific terms—we’ll guide you through sending them to the supplier and obtaining replacements or repairs.
    • Direct manufacturer warranties mean you’ll interact with the manufacturer, with Kabukis facilitating the process.
  4. Bundle & Unboxed Deals
    • Pre-packed bundles: Return all components together. If missing items, we may refuse the return.
    • Customer-made bundles: Each item can be returned separately, and we’ll credit your purchase price.
    • Unboxed or clearance items: You choose whether to receive a store credit or a refund.
  5. Digital & Data Storage Items
    • Digital items (e‑books, codes, etc.) are non-returnable unless defective—report within 6 months.
    • Devices that store your personal data must be unlocked or factory reset. We won’t accept returns otherwise.
  6. Non-Returnable Items
    Some items (e.g. underwear, swimwear, perishable goods, personal care products, sealed software, personalized items, Final Sale, Sample Sale Items) cannot be returned for change of mind—unless received defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  7. How It Works
    • Replacement (if stock allows),
    • Store credit (available within 2 business days, valid for 12 months),
    • Refund via your original payment method (processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank), or
    • Repair (if repair is viable).
    • Log your return via our website within the applicable return window.
    • Choose collection from your address or drop-off at a Kabukis location (must occur within 7 days of logging the return).
    • We’ll inspect the item once returned. If it meets our criteria, you may opt for:
    • Return transit is free—subject to inspection and return policy compliance.
  8. If We Decline
    If the item doesn’t meet return criteria, we’ll return it to you at no extra charge. Items unclaimed after 30 days will be disposed of.
  9. Coupled with Shopping Vouchers/Coupons
    • Paid with a voucher: its value converts into non-refundable store credit.
    • Paid with a coupon: you’ll receive a new coupon equal to the returned amount, with original terms applying.

🎁 Sample Sale Items — Sale is Final

  • One-off, discounted items sold as Sample Sales items are always final sale: no returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted—no exceptions.
  • Faults clearly disclosed up front: If an item has any defect or imperfection, it will be explicitly stated in the product description before purchase.
  • No buyer’s remorse claims accepted: Even if minor damage is later noticed, returns are not allowed unless the listed defect was not accurately described.
  • Legal compliance & consumer rights: We follow standard practice—retaining the final sale rule—while clearly communicating faults, in line with accepted e‑commerce guidelines.

    • Included in your order confirmation email
    • Noted again on the invoice
  • Support for major misdescriptions: If the fault differs significantly from what was advertised, reach out within 30 days—Kabukis will assess and may offer store credit or replacement if warranted.
