🚚 Kabukis Shipping Policy

1. 🕒 Order Processing

  • We process orders once payment is confirmed, including bank transfer delays.

  • Cut-off time: orders placed after 12:00 PM ship the next business day.

  • Dispatch occurs on weekdays only (Mon–Fri), excluding public holidays.

2. 🗺️ Delivery Area & Carriers

  • We ship nationwide within South Africa only.

  • Shipments go via The Courier Guy or the next best available carrier.

  • Delivery regions and estimated times are shown at checkout.

3. 💸 Shipping Fees & Free Delivery

  • Shipping cost depends on order size and destination.

  • Free shipping for orders over R700 excluding Townships and some Rural Areas.

  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
  • International orders are currently not available; you may email us to enquire.

  • Orders only dispatch once payment is cleared.

4. 🚫 Local Pickup

  • Local delivery or pickup is not currently available.

5. 📦 Lost, Damaged, or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives faulty or damaged, notify us within 24 hours via hello@kabukis.co.za with photos and your invoice number.

  • We will facilitate a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, after verifying the claim.

  • We will update you and guide you through the return process.

6. 🚀 Shipping Options

  • We currently offer overnight & standard shipping, aiming to ship as soon as possible.

  • Checkout will display the available options based on your location.

7. 🔍 Tracking & Notifications

  • You'll receive an email when your order ships, including the tracking number and carrier details.

  • If you have concerns, contact us at hello@kabukis.co.za.

8. 🕒 Special Cases (Backorders, Delays, and Restrictions)

  • If an item is backordered or a made-to-order, we’ll clearly note the expected dispatch timeframe on the product page and during checkout.

  • Shipping may be delayed during peak seasons or public holidays; such delays will be communicated promptly.

  • For some rural or township addresses, we may need to redirect parcels to a nearby depot—we’ll reach out if that happens.

9. 🔄 Order Changes & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, it is final.

  • If you need to alter or cancel before dispatch, email us at hello@kabukis.co.za — we’ll consider it but cannot guarantee alteration.

  • If your payment covers multiple orders and consolidation is possible, we’ll do our best to combine shipping.

10. 🌱 Sustainable Packaging

  • We strive to use recyclable plastic bags and paper boxes where possible, supporting sustainable packaging practices.
